This house had a great layout but sorely needed to be updated and refreshed. The kitchen cabinets were great quality, so it made sense to keep them. The cherry finish and granite countertops made the space feel dated so we painted them white, replaced the countertops, hardware, and backsplash and squared off the island.
Updating the lighting made a huge difference in making the space feel current. We also brightened up the dining room adding navy grasscloth, a fun chandelier, and a beautiful rug that brought both color and pattern into the space.
Last, but definitely not least, was updating the powder room to give it a clean, sophisticated, yet fresh feel.
