FAQ

What is your design philosophy?

Our design philosophy is simple – we focus on the unique needs and personality of each client to design spaces that reflect who you are, how you live and what you love. We leave our ego at the door delivering a design style that is eclectic, sophisticated and filled with personal details.

Can DK Interiors design with a high/low approach?

We love designs that reach across price points and will guide you in determining where to spend and where to splurge. Antiques, gently loved pieces and a mix of high and low keep things interesting.

What sets you apart from other designers?

Our willingness to meet each client where they are, offering both flexibility and a high level of personalized service. We understand how busy life gets and offer evening and weekend meetings to make it easy for busy working professionals and parents.

What is included in full-service design?

Full-service design includes all aspects of the design process beginning with the initial creative concepts to the final installation of art & accessories. This includes—but is not limited to—space planning with drawings (elevations and floorplans and 3rd renderings), sourcing, selecting and ordering of all furniture/fabric/accessories, working with and overseeing trades people, and all the big and little details that make a space sing. We sweat the small stuff so you don’t have to.

Can you communicate the design decisions to my builder/contractor/architect?

YES! We are first and foremost here to advocate for you and to be a liaison between you and your builder/contractor/architect.

Does DK Interiors have a minimum project size?

Our minimum project size is one full room.

Can you source art for our space?

Art is our jam! Having both grown up around art and studied it, we bring both knowledge and experience and love sourcing art at all price points and in all mediums.
